The former stables are now a Gourmet restaurant which offers traditional regional
dishes to start from the "fritto misto alla Piemontese" or first courses «fondue»
and truffle dishes and , to finish, the wonderful amaretto desserts all accompanied
by selected local wines, among which a glass of the sweet «Passito di Caluso».
Furthermore, a new restaurant has been opened by the pool during the summer months.
