For a regal stay the hotel has four Deluxe Suites, each with its own unique style. The first has a large terrace with breathtaking views and is perfect for delighting in Umbria’s gorgeous sunsets.

Then there is the suite where the Queen Mother Elizabeth stayed during her visit to Perugia, and has exquisite period furniture and antiques. Then we have the splendid Panoramic Suite which has a living room with a fireplace, decorated ceilings and antique furniture.

As this Suite and the Queen Mother's Suite have connecting rooms, they can be turned into a regal apartment. The hotel's largest Suite is on two levels, with a very large living room and is suitable for large families.

Deluxe Suites range in size from 55 to 80 sqm.  The room rate includes access to the Sina Wellness Club which has a fitness corner with Technogym equipment, an indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a sauna and a Turkish bath.
