Among the oldest hotels in Rome
History
For 150 years the Sina Bernini Bristol has been a benchmark for luxury hospitality in the Eternal City.
Established in 1874 in an ancient palace in the heart of Rome it was named for the Baronet of Bristol, an 18th-century Protestant bishop, and the great architect and sculptor Gian Lorenzo Bernini.
This historic hotel in Rome has welcomed many illustrious personalities including the Emperor of Brazil, the Tsar of Russia, the Princes of Wales and the Rockefellers.
Today it is still the only 5-star luxury hotel on Piazza Barberini square, an exclusive and unique venue just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
