Wellness area (pool, sauna, steam bath and whirlpool): daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Beauty Centre for massages and beauty treatments:
Summer hours - Monday afternoon to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Winter hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Sunday: 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Sina Wellness Club, one of Viareggio’s leading wellness centres, has a dedicated fitness area as well as an area for body and spiritual treatments.

Guests can enjoy this unique path of regeneration, from the gym overlooking the seafront where you can tone your body, to the newly restored indoor heated winter swimming pool, to the therapeutic virtues of the sauna, Turkish bath, and the whirlpool bath with chromotherapy. They can also book one of the many wellness and beauty treatments at the Spa.

Our pride and joy is the newly renovated indoor 8x5-metre heated swimming pool which is open all year round. Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
