The rooms are predominantly located in the stables, the orangery, the dovecote and the wine cellar. Some have a balcony with the possibility of a connecting room.

The rate includes a parking space in the villa's uncovered car park and access to the Sina Wellness Club equipped with a fitness corner with Technogym equipment, sauna and Turkish bath, tennis court and outdoor swimming pool.
